Day by day itinerary
Day 01:
Arrival at San Jose, Costa Rica. Transfer to hotel in San Jose. Sleep Inn Hotel. Welcome to Costa Rica. Arrive at Juan Santamaria International Airport. After passing through Immigration you will be met by one of ours representatives. He will take you to your hotel and give you your welcome kit.
Day 02: Rafting Tour Rio Pacuare. Rainforest Lodge. The Pacuare River is one of the top five rafting rivers in the world for its scenery and rapids. This quintessential tropical river is a trip of pure magic, unsurpassed beauty, wildlife and exhilarating rapids. On the Río Pacuare you'll enjoy an amazing rainforest experiences breathtaking beauty far removed from civilization's rush and heart-pounding excitement. It is certain to be a high light of your stay in Costa Rica. The first day we will run 13 kms (8 miles) of continuous class III white water for a total of 14 rapids.
Day 03: Rafting Tour. Rainforest Lodge.
Day 04: Reception rental car at the Caribbean area. Self Drive to Arenal Volcano.  Arenal Springs Hotel. The Arenal Volcano National Park lies within the Arenal Conservation Area, protecting eight of Costa Rica's 12 life zones and 16 protected reserves in the region between the Guanacaste and Tilarán mountain ranges, and including Lake Arenal. Arenal Volcano has been constantly active since it woke up after 400 years. One of the world's most active volcanos; Arenal produces huge ash columns, explosions and glowing red lava almost every day. Fascinating fauna and flora exist here in amazing quantities making this a prime location for viewing many many different species of both plants and animals.
Day 05: Arenal Volcano. Arenal Springs Hotel. Mountain Bike Tour (Included). This is one of the tours we offer for those who want to go on a bike trip to the area where the forest, the Arenal Volcano and the Lake meet and leads trough a beautiful trail. The tour starts from the Arenal Lake Dam, where we take an old trail into the forest. At the end of the trail you will arrive at the entrance of the Arenal Volcano National Park and then get on the way to the Observatory and back in the main road.
Day 06: Self drive to Caño Negro. Caño Negro Natural Lodge. The Caño Negro Wetlands are located in the northern zone of Costa Rica, close to the small village of Los Chiles, few kilometers to Nicaragua. Caño Negro is mainly conformed by the Caño Negro Lagoon and the Rio Frio. It is one of the most important biological areas of the country (4th on earth). Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge was declared “Wild Life Area of International Importance” in 1991. This Costa Rican ecological treasure is the natural habitat of more than 350 species of birds, as well as the emerald basilisk, iguanas, river turtles, caimans, jaguars, ocelots, giant anteaters, monkeys, and many others.  The Natural Lodge Caño Negro is surrounded by exuberant tropical vegetation, and has direct access to the pristine canals of the refuge. Features furnished rooms with Air Conditioning and Fan, Security box, and complete bathroom.
Day 07: Caño Negro. Natural Lodge Caño Negro. Wetland tour (Included).
Visit on a comfortable boat the channels and lagoons that compose this beautiful area. You will be able to observe the flora and fauna and the incredible beauty of the channel systems. This refuge is home of more than 350 bird species, 310 species of plants, at least 160 species of mammals such as the howler monkey, the white faced monkey and the spider monkey. There are many species of fish such as the famous Garfish, known as a living fossil.
Day 08: Self Drive to Monteverde Cloud Forest.  Trapp Family Lodge. The spectacular Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve is a very important and popular ecotourism destination in Costa Rica. With its unique cloud canopy, this biological reserve located in Puntarenas province is 6 km east of the town of Santa Elena. Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve is one of the most stunning and breathtaking nature reserves in the entire world. Unlike rainforests, cloud forests usually receive much less rain in comparison. However, because a cloud forest is situated at a higher altitude, it has more humidity and is therefore cloudier than a rainforest. This biological reserve sits at an elevation of between 1,200 m to 1,600 m, and is surrounded by a misty cover that supports a fantastic diversity of flora and fauna. Often creating a surreal environment, this reserve is considered to be among the most exceptional wildlife sanctuaries in the New World Tropics.
Day 09: Monteverde.  Sky Trek Tour, Sky Tram & Sky walk (Included). SKY TREK includes 4544 feet of trails, eleven transversal cables (from 131 feet to 2525 feet) long, and two observatory towers for a panoramic view (360º) of the Guanacaste, San Carlos and Puntarenas lowlands. SKY WALK is a combination of suspension bridges and platforms built in the cloud forest that offers an opportunity to explore the forest canopy in a safe and easy manner! SKY TRAM: Fly up to the Continental Divide.It’s a high technology cableway that includes a ride of 1600 meters (both ways) with altitudes between 1400 and 1600 m.a.s.l. The Sky Tram will lead you up to the Continental Divide and to one of the highest mountains of Monteverde.
Day 10: Self drive to Manuel Antonio. California Hotel. Manuel Antonio, on the Pacific Coast with an estuary, mangroves, a lagoon, beaches and winding paths, all this on 638 hectares of land and 55.000 hectares of protected marine environment. Throughout the park, you will find the famous wildlife Costa Rica is known for, monkeys, sloth’s and lots of birds among others. Licensed local guides are available at the park's entrance and are worth the investment. A splendid combination of nature experience and beach fun. The Hotel California, set on a mountain, surrounded by jungle, with awesome views of the Pacific Ocean from its facilities, the Hotel is the perfect place to experience the peace of paradise and the thrill of local attractions.  
Day 11-12 Manuel Antonio. Hotel California. Opportunity to visit the park. An abundant diversity of wildlife. Cathedral Point, with its forest topped cliffs was once an island, but is now connected to the coast by a thin strip of island. This land bridge now forms the spine separating the parks two most popular beaches, Playa Espadilla Sur and Playa Manuel Antonio.The southern facing beach, Playa Manuel Antonio, is a picturesque half mile long, white sand crescent bisecting deep green foliage to one side and a private, secluded cove to the other.
Day 13: Self Drive to San José. Car Drop Off. El Rodeo Country Inn.
Day 14: Transfer to Juan Santamaria International Airport. Departure Flight.
