CRS Tours offers 2 different transportation options:
Shared Shuttle Transfer: Shuttle services are available on specific daily schedules only, to many of Costa Rica's most popular sites from hotel to hotel. Clients share a bus to transfer between resorts with clients of multiple tour companies in a country-wide bus pool that covers multiple regions and areas; prices are per person. Shuttle services are one of the most inexpensive ways to travel around Costa Rica, accompanied by professional drivers in air-conditioned minivans or buses. Service is available for individuals, couples, families and even groups. During these trips you travel in air-conditioned minivans with a minimum of 2 persons and you depart at scheduled hours.
Private Transfer: Clients may opt for a private van or vehicle to transport them directly to and from their destination; prices are per vehicle. This is a good option for families or groups of friends traveling together, allowing you to be picked up on your own schedule and chauffeured by an experienced driver to many of Costa Rica's sites, while enjoying the wonderful panoramic views the country has to offer. Please ask us for a free proposal if you prefer private transfers!
INTERBUS SHUTTLE SERVICE: These transfers are made in air-conditioned minivans with a minimum of 2 persons and they depart at scheduled hours. Rates per transfer per person are between US$19,00 and US$39,00. The final pick up times will be given to the passengers upon their arrival to the country. From San José to the different destinations, the pick up times are in the morning between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. From the different destinations back to San José, the pick up times are between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. The passengers are requested to be on time since other passengers are also using the shuttle transportation. These transfers are made directly to the destination. There would be a stop if use of restrooms is required or two stops in some connections between routes, otherwise transfers will be directly to the hotel. (Smoking is not allowed in the van ).
If you have more than 2 passengers you might want to ask for a private transfer. The are 3 Routes that are offering daily 2 different departures, one in the morning and one in the afternoon: Manuel Antonio, Arenal and Guanacaste.
