Supervisor Sales Team
Native born Carolina is our Sales and Operations Supervisor. Her main objective is to guarantee a memorable experience in Costa Rica to each one of our clients, taking care of each and every detail! Her home is in the outskirts of San Jose, near coffee plantations and lots of nature. She loves to be with family, eat local foods and spend time sharing a coffee with her Grandma. Her favorite escape is to the canals of Tortuguero. Once there, she loves the fresh air, the huge variety in tones of green and the animals to be seen and heard in the wilderness. The Afro Caribbean culture is what fully activates her 5 senses!
A true representative of Costa Rican people, Lar’s charismatic ways attract honeymooners and low-key luxury travelers. With his years of work and free time, Lars has discovered new and unknown secrets to be explored. He knows of places rich with nature and untouched by tourism. For positive vibes, relaxation, turquoise waters, white sand beaches, Lars keeps Punta Mona as his best kept secret.
Unique in her ways, Marison was born in Costa Rica and lives in the area of Cartago, very close to two very important volcanoes. Her job is to make reservations of confirmed itineraries and to make sure that the reservations are 100% approved by the travel advisor and client. She loves adventure sports, such as rafting, kayaking, canopy, rappel and snorkeling. However, her most favorite activity is to visit the indigenous communities to learn about their lifestyles, foods and education. Her favorite being the Yorkin community high in the Talamanca Mountains.
Always a “City Girl” because she was born and raised in the capital of San Jose, she also loves to escape for family time to her vacation home in the region of San Carlos. In San Carlos, she is at 10 minutes from the Arenal Volcano, rich agricultural lands, and abundant with opportunities to enjoy different daily activities. At CRS Tours she coordinates all individual and group reservations for our travel agencies abroad. One of her dream trips would be to go to Coco’s Island, an island that is totally protected as National Patrimony.
With her family she has always lived in the outskirts of San Jose. She is hard working, organized, strict and always “on the ball”. She is our Accountant’s administrative assistant. On her free time what gives her most joy is to do quilting. When she does get out of her house for vacation, she seeks to visit our volcanoes. Her preferred ones are the Poas, Turrialba and Irazu volcanoes.
Always positive, happy and at peace, our Accountant Randall, was born and raised in Costa Rica. He lives with his family next to one of Costa Rica’s largest National Parks, the Braulio Carrillo with 108,970 acres of diverse cloud forests. His love for nature sometimes takes him on hikes to spot at a distance fumaroles of the Turrialba Volcano. On his free time he loves to go to the rich agricultural and peaceful dairy farms of the San Carlos region, away from tourist traps and rich with Costa Rican culture and local customs.
Digital Marketing & Design
Yossy grew up in the mountainous area of Coronado, where the countryside is rich with lush pastures and dairy farms. He loves the cold climate as this gives him time to read and be creative. As our Marketing, Social Media & Design Manager, he is responsible for the first point of contact of clients interested in coming to Costa Rica. His interest in hiking has led him to adventure the Irazu Volcano and the highest mountain of all Central America, Chirripo, located in Costa Rica.
Lorena loves Playa Langosta in Guanacaste. It is a paradise-like beach located south of Tamarindo and it is the idyllic destination for any beachgoer. Moreover the place is really peaceful and snorkeling is just wonderful!
