Canopy Titi Tour

You will be picked up at your hotel and driven to the canopy site which is located about 20 minutes from the Manuel Antonio area. Upon reaching the tour site you will receive some safety instructions. The Manuel Antonio canopy course has 12 cables and 16 platforms. 4 of them were built on the ground whereas the remaining 12 hang 90 feet over the lush tree canopies. As you “zip line” from platform to platform and soar over the leafy treetops you will be amazed by the new perspective of nature’s wonders that this canopy tour gives you. Snacks are served during the tour. Children must be at least 6 years old to participate in this tour. Maximum weight allowed is 125 kg (275 lbs.).

Damas Island Mangrove Boat Tour

Damas Island Mangrove Kayak Tour

Paddle comfortably under the shade of several tall species of mangroves which are only found in a few areas in the world. The pace of this adventure is determined by your abilities and interests and the abundance of wildlife you want to observe (or learn about). Guided Hike to Manuel Antonio National Park

You will be picked up at your hotel to start your ride to the Manuel Antonio National Park. On this tour a very knowledgeable nature guide will walk you through the Manuel Antonio National Park explaining the mysteries of the rainforest. The trail you will take is flat and picturesque and loops through the park making your course about 2 miles long with moderate difficulty. One of the highlights of this tour is that Manuel Antonio hosts 3 of the 4 existing tropical primates living in Costa Rica. Throughout the hike you are likely to see sloths, birds and reptiles as well as orchids, butterflies and tropical trees. Once the tour is over transportation will be provided and you will be taken back to your hotel. (The Manuel Antonio National Park is closed on Mondays).

Ocean Kayaking & Snorkeling

You will paddle a kayak for approximately 2 ½ hours. During your nautical journey you will navigate past islands where you can observe uncountable marine birds and their nesting grounds. Half way through your trip you will stop at a beautiful hidden Biesanz Bay. During the 30 minute break you can snorkel on this secluded coastline or just have a rest. Water visibility depends on the season. Upon returning to the pier you will head back to the base camp to enjoy a little conversation over a delicious homemade meal. Kayaks are available for 1 or 2 passengers. Kids must be at least 8 years old to paddle alone. Sea kayaking is much easier than river kayaking. This Manuel Antonio tour does not require previous experience.
